Alishan Green Dew (Iced)

500ml serving cup. Sugar: normal 20g, less 15g, slight 10g; Ice: normal 400, less 300.

Ingredients

• Jinxuan Brewed Tea 250 ml
• Rock Sugar 20 g
• Cheese Foam fill to 90%
• Brown Sugar a pinch of powder
• Honey Water spray the surface
• PET Clear Cold Cup 500ml 1 pc

Method

1. Add Jinxuan Tea and rock sugar to a shaker, stir well, add ice to the 400 ice line
2. Blend for 1 second in the cup blender, pour into a 500 serving cup and scrape off the foam.
3. Add cheese foam to 90% full, torch the cheese, and serve.
