Dragon Fruit Ice Blend

Binle series, medium cup. Add ice up to the 700 mark. When serving, top with cream, drizzle caramel sauce, and place dragon fruit bits as decoration.

Ingredients

• Dragon Fruit 100 g
• Fructose 35 cc
• Cream As needed
• PET Clear Cold Cup 500ml 1 pc

Method

1. Add ice to the slush machine up to the 700 mark.
2. Add 100g dragon fruit pulp, 50ml water, 35cc fructose.
3. Turn on the slush machine and blend until smooth
4. Pipe cream on top, drizzle caramel sauce, and garnish with dragon fruit bits.
