IBA official recipe. Shake. Made with Galliano, triple sec, and orange juice. Served in a coupe glass.

Ingredients

• Galliano 20 ml
• Triple sec 20 ml
• Orange Juice 20 ml
• Cream 10 ml

Method

1. Chill the glassware in advance.
2. Pour all ingredients into the shaker.
3. Fill with ice and shake well for 12–15 seconds until the shaker frosts.
4. Double strain into the chilled glass.
5. Finish according to garnish requirements.

Glassware: Coupe Glass; Ice: No ice; About 15.9% ABV
