Pour ristretto over a scoop of vanilla ice cream; the hot-cold contrast creates a half-melted coffee dessert. One scoop is about 70g per official notes.
Ingredients
- Ice Cream 70 g
- Ristretto coffee 25 ml
Method
- Put 70g vanilla ice cream in a chilled dessert glass
- Extract 25ml ristretto fresh, let it rest about 1 minute so it is not too hot
- Pour the warm ristretto directly over the ice cream, serve immediately
