Ristretto coffee

Ristretto espresso concentrate. Extract fresh per cup, for Ristretto, Piccolo Latte, and Affogato.

Preparation

1. Grind coffee beans finely, weigh out 18g, distribute evenly and tamp
2. Extract with 92~93℃ water, stop at approx. 25g liquid weight (cost calculated at approx. 25ml)
3. Use immediately after extraction, do not store overnight
