A pink sparkling coffee made with cherry blossom syrup, soda water, and espresso.

Ingredients

• Cherry Blossom Syrup Original syrup 20 ml + half sugar 10 ml
• Sparkling Water & Mixers To the upper line of the ice cup
• Espresso 1 shot espresso

Method

1. Add sakura syrup to the glass.
2. Add soda water to the ice cup line and add ice cubes.
3. Finally, add a shot of espresso, keeping the layers.
