Brewed tea made from Assam black tea; stores pre-make it according to the method below.

Preparation

1. Hot brewed tea: Warm the pot with hot water, pour 1500ml of 100℃ water over 50g tea leaves (black tea is fully fermented; high temperature brings out the aroma).
2. Steep for 10 minutes, strain, and hold hot for 4 hours.
3. Iced brewed tea: Pour 900ml of boiling water over 50g tea leaves, steep for 10 minutes, strain onto 600g ice and stir well (boiling water to ice 6:4), store for 8 hours.
