Irish coffee

IBA official recipe. Build. Made with Irish whiskey, espresso, and cream. Served in an Irish coffee glass.

Ingredients

• Irish whiskey 50 ml
• Espresso 120 ml
• Cream 50 ml
• Granulated Sugar 4.929 ml

Method

1. Fill the glass with ice.
2. Pour directly into the glass in the order of the ingredient list.
3. Gently lift once or twice with a bar spoon to mix, avoiding foam loss.
4. Finish according to garnish requirements.
