Pu-erh tea base. Hot temperature 65℃, must not exceed 70℃.

Ingredients

• Fructose 20 ml
• Pu'er Brewed Tea Brewed Tea 200 ml
• Cheese Foam As needed
• Matcha Powder A pinch

Method

1. 20ml fructose, 200ml pu-erh, add 200ml hot water, steam
2. Pour into cup to 80%
3. Add cheese foam, sprinkle matcha powder
