Golden Dragon King (Hot)

500 hot drink cup. Sugar levels: normal 25g, less sugar 20g, light sugar 15g.

Ingredients

• Charcoal-Roasted Jinxuan Oolong Tea Brew 300 ml
• Rock Sugar 25 g
• Cheese Foam fill to 90%
• Brown Sugar a pinch of powder
• Honey Water spray the surface
• Double-Wall Hot Drink Paper Cups 500ml 1 pc

Method

1. Add charcoal-roasted Jinxuan Oolong Tea and rock sugar to a shaker, stir well
2. Pour into a latte art pitcher and heat in the steamer to 60℃.
3. Pour into a 500 hot drink serving cup, add cheese foam to 90% full.
4. Torch the cheese, and serve.
