Egret Black Tea (Pure Tea)

Cheese Tea series, black tea brewed with Taiwan Ruby, cold 700ml / hot 500ml. No-ice method: ice 100g, Ruby brewed tea 550ml, fructose 45g. Tea prep: Taiwan Ruby 100g steeped in 85℃ hot water 3000g for 18 minutes, strain, add ice 2000g and stir well.

Ingredients

• Ruby 18 Brew 450 ml
• Fructose 45 g
• PET Clear Cold Cup 700ml 1 pc

Method

1. Add 150g ice cubes to a shaker.
2. Add 450ml Ruby Black Tea brewed tea and 45g fructose
3. Shake well and pour into a cup.
