Tea base for the Malaysian Teh Tarik series, stored in an insulated bucket.
Preparation
- Heat 2000ml water to a boil in a water boiler.
- Put 95g black tea powder into a tea bag, add, and cook at level 4 for 6 minutes.
- Use 2 coffee pots to pull between them 6 times, then cook for 2 more minutes.
- Pull 2 more times, then use tongs to squeeze the tea bag dry.
- Pour into an insulated bucket for storage.
